Mindfulness Meditation for the busy mind

 

Instructor Whitney Reed is offering an easy to do, non-sectarian Mindfulness Meditation class at 6pm to 7pm on Tuesday nights. This class provides skillful tools to calm the nervous system, meditate stress levels and over all health.  Come as you can, class is offered every Tuesday evening throughout the summer. All are Welcome!
