Park City Community Church is blessed with a beautiful facility that we love to share with our congregation and the wider community. Whether you’re hosting a meeting, celebration, rehearsal, or community program, we’re happy to explore how our space might serve your needs.

Spaces Available

Fellowship Hall

Our Fellowship Hall is a bright, spacious, and flexible gathering space that can be arranged to suit a variety of events. With room to comfortably host up to 300 it is perfect for receptions, banquets, community meetings, workshops, and celebrations.

  • Open floor plan adaptable for banquet, classroom, or theater-style seating

  • Tables and chairs available for setup in a variety of arrangements

  • Direct access to the kitchen for food service and catering needs

  • Large windows with natural light and easy access to restrooms

  • Bluetooth and wireless AV/sound system available

Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a beautiful and versatile space designed to accommodate both sacred and community gatherings. With seating for approximately 250, the room features a bright and welcoming atmosphere enhanced by natural light. The Sanctuary is ideal for weddings, concerts, memorial services, lectures, and large meetings.

  • Comfortable fixed seating with clear sightlines

  • A raised platform at the front suitable for ceremonies, speakers, or performances

  • Quality sound system and microphones (with A/V technician support available upon request)

  • Piano available for music events or worship services

  • Flexible décor policies to allow personalization while maintaining the integrity of the space.

Classrooms/Meeting Space

Classrooms and meeting rooms provide a comfortable and flexible setting for small group gatherings, workshops, study sessions, and organizational meetings. Each room accommodates 10–25 people, depending on layout, and can be arranged to
meet your needs.

  • Tables and chairs that can be configured for discussion, training, or presentation style

  • Whiteboards available for brainstorming or teaching

  • Access to Wi-Fi throughout the building

  • Proximity to restrooms and common areas

  • Options for adjoining rooms for breakout sessions or larger groups

  • Smart TVs for presentations or web based trainings

How to Inquire

To begin the process, please complete our Building Use Inquiry Form. This form allows us to gather important details such as:

  • Contact information

  • Event purpose and description

  • Date(s) and time(s) requested (including setup/cleanup)

  • Expected number of attendees

  • Facility spaces and equipment you’re requesting

  • Special needs such as kitchen use, A/V equipment, or childcare space

What to Expect

  • Review Process: Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee use of the facility. Our staff will review your request and confirm availability.

  • Follow-Up: We will be in touch within 3–5 business days regarding next steps.

  • Agreement: Approved events will require a signed Building Use Agreement and, in some cases, proof of liability insurance and/or a deposit.

  • Guidelines: All groups using our facility must respect church policies, including restrictions on smoking, alcohol, and unsupervised use of equipment.

Priority of Use

Please note that church ministries and events receive first priority in scheduling. Community groups and outside organizations are considered based on availability, alignment with our mission, and facility guidelines.
