You are invited to join the Adult Faith Explorers downstairs in the boardroom following worship. They will begin a new book study on Sunday, June 21 at 10:45 a.m.

The study is on “Cultivate” by Richard Kannwisher, pastor of Peachtree Church in Atlanta, Georgia.

Join our Thursday evening book group, where we are currently reading and discussing Inspired by Rachel Held Evans. We meet Thursdays at 6pm in-person and via Zoom.

In this thought-provoking book, Evans explores the Bible as a complex and deeply personal text, wrestling with questions about its contradictions, meaning, and impact, such as why it often raises more questions than answers, what it means to be chosen by God, and how it has been used both to uplift and to oppress.

Reclaiming the Sacred is a supportive space for those who have stepped away from the church yet still feel drawn toward faith, meaning, or the sacred in new and life-giving ways. This group welcomes anyone carrying questions, grief, anger, hope, or curiosity after experiences of religious harm, exclusion, or disillusionment.

Join the Mystics Class led by Shannon Wilson on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. We meet in the Youth Room downstairs, and we’re reading Richard Rohr’s “What the Mystics Know.” Whether you consider yourself well-steeped in mysticism, would like to explore the tradition further, or know very little, this group is for you.
