Pastor Sam Fisher, a clergy member of the Mountain Sky Conference of the United Methodist Church, has always been committed to spiritual exploration, servant leadership, and advocating for justice. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of Jesus.

Sam is a staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion and has been instrumental in developing church-wide discipleship programs, advising on financial opportunities, and creating intergenerational ministries. He believes in aligning practices more closely with God’s will.

His dedication extends beyond the church, serving on various committees such as the MSC Council on Finance and Administration, MSC Queer Clergy Caucus, Utah/Western CO District Committee on Ministry, and the Park City Interfaith Council.

Off duty, Sam relishes a good cup of tea, baking gluten-free cookies, and watching RuPaul's Drag Race or Survivor.

With a background in nonprofit and youth administration, Katie Daugherty brings a wealth of experience in organizational leadership and community engagement. Most recently, she served as Operations Manager for Washington Park United Methodist Church in Denver, CO.

Originally from Iowa, Katie is excited to settle in her husband’s hometown of Park City, UT, with their two children, Charlie and Greta as well as their two beloved dogs. Whether hiking, skiing powdery slopes, or simply enjoying a patio with friends and family, Katie loves any opportunity to be outdoors.

She’s looking forward to countless new adventures, deeper community connections, and making lifelong memories in Park City’s beautiful mountains.

Hope wants every child to know they are a beloved child of God. She joined the staff in June 2024. Hope is responsible for children’s and youth programming, providing safe, fun, and meaningful faith-formation opportunities for all children and youth!

Hope holds a B.S. in Education from Oklahoma City University and an M.Ed from Vanderbilt University. She has previously worked as a teacher and the Director of Children’s programming at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church.

In her leisure time, she's whipping up tasty treats, diving into books, and exploring all of the amazing outdoor opportunities with her husband Austin.

Darla Cardwell joined Park City Community Church as the new Director of Worship and Media Arts beginning January 2026. She holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and The Boston Conservatory, and her work spans classical voice, theatre, concert performance, teaching, and early-childhood family music.

Darla has served in several church communities, most recently at St. Luke’s and St. Mary’s in Park City, and brings a people-centered, holistic approach to worship leadership. Since moving to Park City with her children in 2021, she has become active in the local arts community and currently serves as Artistic Director of the Park City Singers.

She is honored to step into this new role at Park City Community Church and looks forward to supporting the worship life of the congregation with creativity, care, and an open heart.

Vanessa has been part of the PC Community Church since 2018 and served as the Chair of our Executive Board from 2021-2023. A former civil rights attorney for the U.S. Department of Education for over 20 years, she is now the CEO of her household, which includes the family dog, her husband, Jim, their two teenage-Peter and Andrew, and 2 junior hockey players, who live with them for about 7 months during their season with the Park City Outliers. She is the billet coordinator for the Outliers and a board member on the Go Miners Athletic Foundation. She also plays ice hockey on two local women's teams. 

Kenzie is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive space where every child feels valued and confident. As the Communication Coordinator & Family Programs Assistant, she blends her heart for people with a tech-savvy mindset, keeping families seamlessly connected while creating joyful, meaningful opportunities for kids and parents alike. You’ll also find her in the nursery on Sundays, sharing bright smiles and gentle care with the youngest members of our community.

Kenzie is currently pursuing her degree in Elementary Education at Utah State University, channeling her love for learning, technology, and mentorship directly into her work with kids and families. When she isn't studying or brainstorming new ways to support the community, you’ll find her exploring, adventuring, and making memories with her husband, Dalton. 

Originally from Peru, Manuel has called Utah home since 2006. He and his wife Ingrid are proud parents of two boys, Nathan and Luke. Manuel enjoys hiking, swimming in the ocean, and savoring a good seafood meal. A staff member of Park City Community Church since 2009, he values the sense of connection and purpose he’s found in the church community.
