“Over 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s in the U.S., and by 2050 that number is projected to be more than doubled. New systems need to be implemented to provide a better quality of life for those living with dementia – and give care partners a much-needed break. Churches across the country are answering the call for this new way forward, and you can too.” -Respite for All Foundation

Park City Community Church is the first in Utah to launch this program. Whether you are living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, or caring for someone with this diagnosis, we’re happy that you found us!

Volunteer trainings will begin in late September of 2026. We will be pre-signing up new members for the program while we train our volunteers.

We will begin with Tuesdays from 10am-2pm. The time includes a hot lunch, activities, speakers from the community, and time to socialize. This 4 hour period also provides respite time for caregivers, with optional sessions led by our volunteers. Once launched, the cost will be $60 a week for program members.

Take a look at the info on this page to learn more about the Respite for All model, and see how you can sign up as a member or volunteer today. For any additional questions, please contact Marc DeCoste at life@parkcitychurch.org
